Prenatal Massage
Receiving a massage while pregnant can result in many benefits. Our prenatal massages are mainly used to promote relaxation, soothing nerves, and relieving any strained back and leg muscles that may be causing pain. It has been proven to stimulate the blood and lymph systems, thereby increasing immunity and removal of toxins; stabilizing hormonal levels; and adding tone and flexibility to muscles -- all of which enhance the health of both you and your baby.

As the baby grows, more and more weight/pressure is put onto your back and legs, increasing the amount of stress you’re putting on your joints. Our therapists goal is to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your pregnancy.

During your session, our massage therapists will have a special table that angles up so you can lie on your back angled while we work on your head, neck, arms, and legs. We also have a pregnancy pillow available so you may lay on your stomach if you feel comfortable.

Massage is not recommended for those who experience toxemia or preeclampsia as a complication of pregnancy.
Session times offered: 30, 45, 60, 75, 90 minutes
Offered by Danielle, Laurie, and Paul
